  • Re: places to eat fresh seafood

mmmm can't wait, I can almost taste it now! I love galveston, would love to meet some of the locals. Were thinking about staying in a tent, never done that before.. Im a little nervous about it, excited about nervous. Especially being so far from home (500 miles)

  • Shrip boats

We have been told that you can go to a local shrimp boat and buy fresh shrimp right off the boat? That sounds great. Is this seasonal? Would they be fishing May 7th?

  • places to eat fresh seafood

My husband and I will be coming to galveston May 7th. We love to eat at the local restaurants that cook fresh seafood. Any one have ideas? Also like to see local places not just comercial areas. We are planning on tent camping and want to make sure it is safe. Any info will help. We love galveston and would like to live there someday. Always looking

  • tent camping

My husband and I are planning on camping in a tent for the first time in galveston May 7th 2009. We are trying to find a place to stay that is safe. Would like to be as close to the water as possible. Are there any places that have showers? Any info would be apreciated.
