Thanks for the update.. I think we understand that life is a bit hectic still after IKE down there. Just nice to know whats going on, and what to expect. I want to ether rent or own a space downtown, where I can have my store on the street level, and a apartment/loft for me and my family upstairs. So lurker, your saying wait till next year to make the move and bring a small business to the area?

Are there any retail downstair, apartment upstair setups downtown. A place where you can live upstairs and have a shop/store/cafe/retail space below? Something that would have one rent.
