    Hello Galvestonians,

I hope all is well in Galveston...I am your neighbor in La Porte.

I plan to come to Galveston mid-July with two old high school girlfriends....we are reuniting after 30 years out of school.

Can you give some suggestions of places to stay that are like a suite. We'd like to each have our own room if possible.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks a bunch!

Off hand I do not know, maybe one of the condos? You could do Coastal dreams or another B&B I am sure! Welcome to the island, where you gals coming from?

Finding a three bedroom condo on the Seawall may be tough. You may want to consider a bed and breakfast. I have stayed at the Garden Inn. I seem to recall 3 upstairs bedrooms, so you would have the whole floor not to mention the run of the house. They have a nice pool, accomadating host, and you are within walking distance of East End attractions. The owners of Coastal Dreams B&B are posters here, and I have heard a lot of nice comments, but never stayed there. Links and contact info are available at Galveston.com.

Everything that happens will happen today.

We stayed at Coastal Dreams last weekend. The owner is a friend that we met here on galveston.com and she is not only an awesome friend but a wonderful hostess as well. I would suggest giving her a call and seeing what she could offer for the dates that you plan to be here. I know that you said that you each wanted your own room and that could be a little pricey. She might have a room that also has a sleeper sofa or daybed in the room. You'd have to share the bed and then one of you could sleep on the sofa or daybed. It could be like a slumber party just like back in high school. Her breakfasts are so yummy! Check out the accomodations section here on the main site. Good Luck! Big Smile
