When I like a place I just keep going back and back and back. I tried to go to Shrimp and Stuff yesterday, for a late lunch but it was closed. Labor Day? Anyhow I thought I would try someplace I had never been before. I was running out of Seawall when I saw Capitol Q. I think it has been open for most of the summer. It is right next door to Benno&#39;s. They have brightened the place up from when it was Nate&#39;s and all the dead animals are off the walls. Decor looks good. Nice bar, but no draft beer. One of the owners said they may start with drafts when/if they put in an outdoor bar. They have a pit behind the building. Food was above average, prices were about average, service was good, and the view was prime. I seem to recall a sign about Happy Hour. Apparently they have bands sometimes and plan to show a whole lot of football. They claim they are the first ever barbecue place on the Seawall. Anyone know if that is correct? 1/2 a chicken and a couple siddes will set you back about 10 bucks. Definitely worth a try.</p>
