Haven't seen you around in a while. Don't be so shy.

How's the work on Elissa progressing?

Sorry I've been so busy I keep forgetting to check in here! Things are going well, sail training is well under way and repairs to our workshop have finally begun. Our sailmaker, Jim Brink, is back in town and should begin work on some new sails for us very soon. For anyone who isn't familiar with Jim, he made the sails for both Master and Commander and the Pirates of the Caribbean series. Come down and meet him, he's got some great stories!

I am sorry if I sound ignorant, but did the Elissa sustain damage during the hurricane?

Super star sail status. A couple of hours and a twelve pack sounds like Jim would be the guy to spend time with.

She lost one of her topsails and had some other minimal rub damage. The worst damage we received was to the workshop and dock. All in all we were very lucky.
