    It started around 2 this afternoon. It was confined to the back, but the news said 60-70 condos were totally destroyed.

    We could see the smoke from the Moody National Bank Building....pretty bad.

     What a long, strange trip its been!!

    it's just wrong, all around. I would hate to be the welders. My heart goes out to him or her too.

    Have you heard if anyone is stating up collections for them? I haven't.

    That is sad indead. We are coming to Galveston this August and that is where we stayed our last visit.

    I saw on one of the owners listings that they had a fire there.

    I just hope everyone was ok.

    maravilla is open! We will be getting units ready to rent ASAP (at a discount). The building will be going through some chages, but its a step forward. I hear they will have the burned part down within 2 weeks from the start of the tear down...

    I saw your posts about lease to purchase.  We are a condo project 2 blocks from utmb.  We offer lease purchase.  We don't have a yard, but we do have private patios.  We ask 1% down upon lease, the developer will credit you @ closing 92% of all paid lease amount.  It will cover your down payment!  Please let me know if you are interested.  The # to the sales center is 409 765-5555.
