This event is always a blast for all ages from the young to the elderly everyone is there to have a great time. This event is also a huge fundraiser for competition, educational programs and anything else that Beach Patrol's regular budget will not pay for. This is when you can directly support our lifeguards after all they are here for us. I hope to see you there. </p>

It was a blast, organized by the Islander By Choice, the Pageant of Pulchritude, drew a huge crowd.</p>
<p>Twenty eight women and two men sported vintage bathing attire. Twelve women also competed in the modern bikini contest.</p>
